Stephan not only leads the operations of Substantio, but he is also an absolute expert when it comes to regulations. He never misses even the smallest change in new regulations and evaluates the potential impacts on our customers. Together with the team, he continuously develops the strategic direction for Substantio.
Patrik has been with Substantio since 2020. Although he is enjoying working on back-end logic the most, he provides complex project solutions integrating user interface, service layer and database operations. Sometimes he likes to take a break from software developing and focuses on server infrastructure management, for example by integrating monitoring solutions.
Illia is working as Substantio software developer since 2023. He is a fine-tuner and prevention manager. Many bugs never make it to the production because of Illia's foresight.
He optimizes structures, ensures integrity between old and new elements, adapts dataflow as project grows. Illia gets a bit more from every byte.
Denys is focusing on creating dynamic web interfaces and implementing REST APIs. His main responsibilities include building responsive and interactive UI elements, integrating them with the service layer, managing database operations, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our customers.
Martin leads software development at Substantio. He has over 10 years of experience in software for sustainability and regulatory topics. His goal is to continuously improve and expand our material compliance software. His focus is on advancing sustainability data capabilities to enable transparent environmental reporting.

Who is a good fit for Substantio?
