Supplier Guides

Which declaration does your customer need? Choose the right step-by-step guide:

A Full Material Declaration (FMD) for complete material and substance data, a Regulatory Declaration (RCD) to declare against specific requirements (e.g., REACH/RoHS) — or mark the part as obsolete/unknown if it’s no longer current or information is missing.

Regulatory Compliance Declaration (RCD):

Specify the regulated substances groups per regulation. Needs to be updated when regulation changes.

Full Material Declaration (FMD): List of all substances and materials within a part. At least 90% of the weight has to be declared.
Benefit: Does not need to be updated when regulation changes.

Our guide to declare unknown or obsolete parts:

  • Unknown: in case you do not know the part.
  • Obsolete: in case the part is no-longer provided/sold by your company.

Export Compliance (EXC):

Thanks to transparent data about your products and components, you can more effectively comply with national and international export regulations and demonstrate your trade compliance, such as the EU Dual-Use Regulation or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
