A variety of successful customer projects led to best-practice approaches that we are continuously developing further to deliver best in class solutions.
SCIP Data Exchange
Report to SCIP with one click. The Substantio software and our experienced team will help you set up the ECHA account, configure S2S access and import your data into Substantio. After this first step, Substantio does everything automatically, you just need to select the parts you want to submit.
Material Compliance
Substantio automatically validates the entered data according to the most common regulations like RoHS, REACH or Proposition 65 and many others. In addition, Substantio also supports custom regulations. The system also checks your existing exemptions or suggests exemptions that apply to your product. This makes it very easy to identify parts that may be non-compliant and minimize the risk of building a non-compliant product early in the product development phase.
Data Migration
In Substantio you can import your existing data through our import tools. Substantio supports a variety of different formats – Including the most common IPC 1752 standards or Excel formats.
If you have your own data, our experts can create a customized import tool for your requirements. XML, JSON, CSV – No problem for our data experts. We have a lot of experience with PLM systems and are familiar with their data structures.
